The Parker is mixed-use, affordable housing apartment building located in Kansas City’s historic jazz district. The branding of the property needed to feel authentic to 18th & Vine, and establish the property as a destination, effectively capturing the area’s history, vibe, and culture.  Named after KC jazz legend Charlie Parker, the concept of jazz heritage is reflected intentionally throughout the brand. Custom lettering, pops of color, and bold graphics add character to signage, collateral, wayfinding, merch, and marketing.
