VISUAL BRAND


As the Capitol, Jefferson City acts as a beacon of collaboration, connection and leadership for Missourians. However, it lacked a visual identity that reflected the city’s culture and progress. As the first design refresh since 1982, we were tasked with updating the visual brand to not only tailor to the modern, forward-thinking values of the city, but incorporate its history. The logo features the dome silhouette of the capitol building, along with elements alluding to railroads, bridges, and the Missouri River. These symbols capture the essence of Jefferson City’s past, present, and future.
